1. Sales Associate

Location: 31/32 Water Lane, Ashton-on-Ribble, Preston PR2 2NL, United Kingdom
Position Type: Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

  • Assist customers in selecting the right bike and accessories for their needs

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services

  • Process transactions at the cash register

  • Assist with store displays, inventory, and stock organization

  • Help customers with bike fitting, basic repairs, and maintenance advice

Requirements:

  • Passion for cycling and customer service

  • Previous retail or sales experience (preferred, but not required)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with cycling trends and technology
